Terms & Conditions
Licence
All
pupils must be in possession of a current provisional, International
or full driving licence on commencement of training.
Insurance
Your
Instructor will carry motor and public liability Insurance covering
the pupil whilst driving the tuition vehicle.
Payment
Dave
Lintern driving academy accepts payment either by cash or cheque.
Payment should be presented at the start of each lesson, except for
block bookings or by prior arrangement.
Cancellation
Dave
Lintern driving academy reserves the right to charge for lessons not
cancelled within 24 hours of the planned lesson time. Exceptions to
this rule are at the discretion of the Instructor.
Mobile
Phones
All
pupils are to ensure that mobile phones are switched off prior to
entering the tuition vehicle. The Instructor will not use his mobile
phone during lesson time except in an emergency or when parked to
benefit the pupil.
Personal
Property
Dave
Lintern Driving Academy accepts no liability for personal property
that is left in the tuition vehicle. However will endeavour to return
any items at the earliest opportunity.
